Checklist for Fall 2023 Admitted Students

If you plan to enroll at Wheaton, you need to submit the following required items:

Confirm your enrollment. An advance deposit of $300 is due by December 1 (Spring 2023 Enrollees) or May 1 (Fall 2023 Enrollees) or the date indicated on your acceptance letter (whichever is later). Upon enrollment, the deposit will be credited to your tuition.
A final high school transcript (new first-year students only) showing final class rank (if available), grades for your senior year, and the date of graduation. All coursework must be completed satisfactorily. The transcript must have an approved seal and/or signature and come directly from your school. Please be sure to request this before you graduate since some school offices close for the summer. Submit this to the Undergraduate Admissions office.

Students are encouraged to apply for financial aid and housing before they submit their deposit and enrollment confirmation form.

December (for Spring) June 1 (for Fall)	New Students Sign Up For Housing Students will be emailed housing information within one month of acceptance. New students for spring should contact housing.services@wheaton.edu with their housing request. Students enrolling for the fall will receive a welcome email from the housing office within a month of being accepted. Accepted students can complete their housing application and submit their housing preferences by logging in to their Wheaton Portal account and navigating to the Housing section. Check out the 360 tours of our residence halls. Housing requests are given priority by the date and time applications are submitted to the Housing Services Office. You are encouraged to sign up for housing even if you have not yet finalized your college enrollment decision. For students who have an approved exception to stay home and pursue Wheaton online, financial aid awards will be recalibrated to account for tuition only. You will be required to update your FAFSA to list your residency status.

Ongoing	Check for Outstanding Financial Aid Requirements Students who have applied for financial aid will receive a letter and email, inviting them to electronically review and accept the aid offered. December 22	Establish Your MyChart account You'll use MyChart to submit Student Health Services medical entrance paperwork. Instructions to create your MyChart account will be emailed by December 15, along with your unique access code for account creation.
Ongoing	Review your health insurance policy for coverage in the Wheaton area. It is required for varsity athletes. F1 Visa students are automatically enrolled.	Student Health Insurance
January 17	Deadline to submit your medical records to Student Health Services If you were admitted before January 1.
