About me
Born and raised on the Southside of Chicago, I had the unique experience of attending the Chicago High School for Agricultural Sciences located on the last farm in the city. I went on to obtain both a B.S. in Public Service Administration in Agriculture and a Masters of Public Administration from Iowa State University. Through God’s providence, my entire career has been in the area of recruitment across multiple industries. In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my beautiful wife and two daughters.

About me
I grew up in the southwestern suburbs of Chicago and despite leaving during my undergraduate studies, have stayed close to the area. I graduated from Taylor University in 2007 with a B.A. in Psychology and a goal of servant leadership. Studying abroad during my time at Taylor fostered a love of nature, photography and exploring cultures. Post graduation I worked with diverse populations in the medical field and then found my home in education. I went back to school to earn my Illinois Teaching License in 2010 and completed my Master of Arts in Teaching from National Louis in 2012. I have attempted to pass my love of learning and admiration for global cultures along to my two children. When I am not at Wheaton, I enjoy cooking and gardening with my husband and baking new recipes with my children.
Why I love working at Wheaton College in Graduate Admissions
As a lifelong learner and inquisitive individual, I am intrigued by the daily discourse shared on campus covering topics such as music composition, Old Testament traditions, linguistics, archeology and current Psychology research; there is something new to discover each and every day. But the way that Wheaton both cradles the individual during moments of trial and yet challenges the soul to draw continually nearer to God, creates an environment that is unique unto itself and makes me excited to come to campus every day.
