Join us on campus and experience life at Wheaton!
Our Welcome Center is open to visitors year-round! Our hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm during the school year and 9am-4:30pm during summer and school breaks. We run two campus tours per day throughout the year, but times vary, so check below for more information! Register for a daily visit or call 630.752.5600 with your questions.

During the school year, we recommend visiting on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday, as these days offer more class visit options. In addition, chapel services take place Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from September through April and provide a great venue for you to interact with the Wheaton community.
On most school days*, tours (led by a Wheaton student) and information sessions (led by an admissions counselor) will take place at the following times:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
- 9:20 am Campus Tour
- 10:40 am Chapel
- 11:30 am Pathways to Wheaton Admissions Information Session
- 2:45 pm Pathways to Wheaton Admissions Information Session
- 3:30 pm Campus Tour
Tuesday and Thursday
- 9:20 am Campus Tour
- 10:35 am Pathways to Wheaton Admissions Information Session
- 2:45 pm Pathways to Wheaton Admissions Information Session
- 3:30 pm Campus Tour
*Please note, these times will change when classes are not in session and our student tour guides are on holiday. On these dates we will offer 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Campus Tours led by Admissions Counselors, along with lunch in the dining hall. On these dates, there are no class visits, chapel or overnights available. These dates include Fall Break October 16-18, Christmas Break December 11-21 and January 2-5, January 30, President's Day February 19, and Spring Break March 4-8.
In addition to scheduling tours and information sessions, the Visit Coordinator can also schedule the following:
- Visiting a Class
- Appointments with faculty or coaches (with two weeks notice)
- Music Information Session (M, W, F)
- Visit the Office of Multicultural Development (M & F)
Students wishing to experience residence life on campus are welcome to stay overnight in one of our two underclassmen residence halls with a current student host! Please give us two weeks notice to schedule your overnight stay.
If it works best for you to come to campus on a day when classes are not in session, you’re welcome to visit us!
Saturday visit options include September 9, 16, 23, 30; October 21; November 4, 11; December 2; January 27; February 3, 17; and April 13; 27. Saturday visits have a 10am Campus tour, 11:15am Admissions Info Session, and include lunch in the dining hall.
Weekday No-Class dates include Fall Break October 16-18, Christmas Break December 11-21 and January 2-5, January 30, President's Day February 19, and Spring Break March 4-8. Weekday No-Class dates offer campus tours at 10:00am and 2:00pm.
While here, you will be able to:
- Go on a campus tour and spend time with an Admissions Counselor
- Eat lunch on campus
- Meet with professors or coaches (weekdays by appointment only)
- Visit the Billy Graham Center Museum or Marion E. Wade Center
Summer visit options are twice a day, Monday-Friday, from either 10:00am-12:00pm or 2:00-4:00pm PLUS optional complimentary lunch in the dining hall. Use the Daily Visit registration link above to choose your date!

Looking to bring a group of high school students from your school, church, or community to Wheaton College? We'd be happy to plan your group visit! Group visits are planned and scheduled on a case-by-case basis with at least three weeks' notice.
