Dr. Stephen Kellough served as Chaplain for Wheaton College from 1989 to 2014.
After 25 years of faithful service as the Chaplain of Wheaton College, Dr. Stephen Kellough retired on August 1, 2014 - exactly 25 years to the day of the start of his tenure at the College. Over the course of years, the Lord has used his life - his many interests, his love of learning, and appreciation for and ability in working with a wide variety of people - to minister effectively to students, faculty, administration and staff.
Along the way, the Lord enabled him to spiritually guide the campus community during the Revival of '95; to remind us of God as "our refuge and strength" in the tragedy of 9/11; to minister comfort to the campus community in times of grief and loss; to preach the word of truth in season and out, and to encourage and offer hope to an ever-evolving campus community.
The Chaplain Emeritus will long be remembered for his wisdom, humility, grace, and commitment to the Lord and His people.
