Graduate Student Housing Application Information

A limited number of furnished one-bedroom apartments are available in Saint and Elliot Apartments for single and married graduate students. Single graduate students live two per apartment. Three  3-bedroom furnished houses and 2-bedroom furnished apartments are available on a limited basis for International or Colson Scholar families.

Graduate student housing is available primarily for International and Colson scholar individuals/families, though domestic graduate students/couples/families may also be accommodated, if space allows. House and apartment leases are guaranteed for no more than two years (students pursuing their Ph.D. should take note of this time limitation).

Apartments are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis as applications are received. Applications for the fall semester may be submitted no earlier than the first day of classes the preceding January, and applications for the spring semester may be submitted no earlier than the first day of classes the preceding August.

Acceptance of the assignment is confirmed with a signed Tenant Agreement. If students cancel their housing assignment after the start of the term billing date, the housing charge is non-refundable.

Charges for housing are billed to the student’s account in one lump sum at the beginning of the fall & spring semesters and again at the beginning of summer (summer charges vary; contact the Residence Life Office). Charges include rent, all utilities (including wireless internet), a storage cage and the use of laundry facilities. Charges for the 2020 fall semester are as follows:
