McManis‑Evans Residence Hall

Situated at the heart of campus, McManis‑Evans accommodates roughly 288 sophomores, juniors, and seniors in a variety of room types—including singles, doubles, triples, and quads—designed to fit diverse student needs and preferences.

Room Features

Each thoughtfully furnished space includes:

Extra-long twin mattress, desk, chair, closet, mirror, and towel hook for each resident
RT London modular furniture for customizable lofting options
Carpet, miniblinds, bulletin board, wastebasket, air conditioning/heating, internet port, and multiple outlets

Shared Amenities

The building offers a supportive residential community with features like:

Central bathrooms and floor lounges with ironing boards
A 24‑hour computer lab, community TV lounge, conference room, and a Quiet Study Room
Fully-equipped shared kitchen (stove, fridge, microwave, utensils)
Recreation spaces with ping-pong and pool tables, plus a copy machine
Laundry room, vacuum on each floor, and both indoor and outdoor bike storage

Also shared by the entire building are pool/ping pong tables, a copy machine, a Quiet Study Room, 24-hour computer lab, conference room, and community TV lounge.
There is a lounge on each wing of the building.
