What To Do If You Have Been Assaulted
If you have experienced sexual assault, dating or domestic violence, or stalking, you are not alone—support and options are available. You have the right to choose what steps feel best for you.
- Get medical care right away for treatment, safety, and to preserve evidence—even if you’re unsure about reporting.
- Reach out for support through confidential advisors, counseling, or pastoral care.
- Report in the way that feels right for you—to the College, Public Safety, law enforcement, or anonymously.
- Know your rights: your privacy will be respected, and amnesty is provided for good faith reports.
