With 20 years of experience in ministry, education, and international non-profit work, Sarah is the CVC’s Senior Career Coach. She has coached at the CVC for 4 years and it has been the favorite job of her whole life. Sarah seeks to coach students with empathy, curiosity, helpful resources, and humor. She is especially interested in the intersection of faith and work, even when that work is difficult, and seeks to encourage students to view their vocational path in manageable chunks that are revealed gradually. She loves the work she gets to embark on with emerging adults to co-discover their next steps.

Hannah has spent time living and working abroad, being self-employed, and working for several different organizations throughout her career.
She comes to coaching sessions with curiosity, helping students ponder the big questions of life. She loves guiding students to look for themes in their experiences and to identify their values and priorities and how these will give clarity and direction as they take their next career and vocational steps.
As the CVC Arts Liaison, she works to help students in the Arts navigate and explore opportunities, as well as articulate and translate their experiences. She also manages the CVC Summer Internship Award for unpaid or underpaid summer internships.
Particular fields or majors of interest or experience: Education, Music, and the Fine Arts.

As a fairly recent alumna of Wheaton College (class of '21), Cassidy has experienced collegiate life and the postgraduate transition not too long ago. Now, she is eager to help other Wheaties walk through these seasons of life! With an academic background in English, communications, and theatre, as well as professional experience with event coordination, legal writing, and journalism, she has expertise in the humanities but is open to appointments with any major.
Cassidy also serves as an informal liaison to Learning and Accessibility Services, and loves to have coaching appointments with students with mental or physical disabilities. These discussions can include learning about the ADA, navigating disability in the workplace, learning how to request reasonable accommodations, and more.
Cassidy loves storytelling, and she is passionate about helping others learn how to tell their own stories in every coaching appointment she has.

Christina is a recent Business Economics Wheaton graduate from the class of 2022. After graduation, her undergraduate internship turned into full a time job for a financial planning firm associated with Raymond James. Over the course of two years in a corporate finance office, Christina learned the value of client service, leadership, and long-term planning, and she is especially qualified to coach students considering these areas.
Along with being a career coach, Christina is also the Student Engagement Liaison. This role allows her to engage with students involved in offices within the Lower Beamer space, which include the following: the Office of Ministry and Evangelism, the Student Involvement Office, the Office of Multicultural Development, Intercultural Arts and Media, International Student Programs, and Discipleship Ministries. She loves chatting with students and applying her knowledge of the finance industry but also encouraging students who are in the process of translating their experiences to potential employers.

Khalil Looney is a Career Coach and Athletics Liaison with a scholarly background in Educational Foundations, Pan-African studies, and Conflict Management. His professional practice is grounded in a student-centered approach that integrates academic insight with vocational discernment, particularly for first-generation college students, student-athletes, and those preparing for graduate study. With an understanding of the complexities students face in navigating both academic and professional landscapes, Khalil offers tailored guidance that fosters clarity, confidence, and resilience.
His coaching philosophy is rooted in curiosity and optimism, creating a reflective space where students are empowered to explore their aspirations, articulate their values, and pursue meaningful career pathways. Khalil strives to build trust and rapport across a wide range of student populations and is committed to equality and access in higher education.
