Where can I park?
There is ample free parking around Edman Chapel and Armerding Center. For details view the Wheaton College parking map. Some events offer free shuttle service from the east parking lot of Billy Graham Hall to Edman Chapel events. Call 630.752.5010 for details.
Are your venues accessible?
Yes, Wheaton College gladly offers the following assistance to patrons with special needs:
- Drop-off zones and nearby handicapped parking directly behind Edman Chapel
- Patron assistants and ushers to help you get to your seat
- Wheelchair ramps at Edman Chapel. Wheelchair ramps and automatic doors at Armerding Center for the Music and the Arts
- ADA compliant restrooms
- Flexible seating to accommodate wheelchairs
- Transferrable seating for patrons using canes and walkers
- An elevator in Armerding Concert Hall to reach the balcony. NOTE: Edman Chapel balcony is only accessible by stairway

Where do I buy tickets for Wheaton College events?

How do I create my account at tickets.wheaton.edu?
- Go to tickets.wheaton.edu/my-account/
- Click “Register now” toward the bottom of the light gray box (next to “New Customer?”)
What if I forgot my password for tickets.wheaton.edu?
- Go to tickets.wheaton.edu/my-account/
- Click “Reset here” (next to “Forgot your password?”)
When is the cutoff to purchase tickets online?
Online ticket sales will close one hour after the start of the event. Tickets will continue to be available at the venue’s Box Office.
Will my tickets be mailed to me when I purchase online?
No. You may print your tickets at home or scan them from your mobile device at the door.
What If I've lost my email with the ticket information?
If you have lost your email, E-Tickets are also available within your “My Account”. To access your E-Tickets, click “My Account” at the top of the page and sign in with your email. Once signed in, select “E-Tickets,” for printing or scanning.
Will I save any money if I purchase tickets over the phone vs. online?
No. Tickets, including any taxes or fees, will be the same online, in-person, or over the phone.
Are there any purchase or transaction fees?
Yes, there will be a per [purchase/ticket] transaction fee. The fee total will differ depending on the event and ticket type purchased.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Yes, you can purchase tickets at the door 6:15 - 7:30 pm before each event.
How do I present my ticket at the door?
Once purchased, tickets will be emailed in a PDF format to the email connected to your “My Account,” personal profile. Present the paper copy of your PDF or scan from your mobile device or tickets may also be accessed and scanned through the “E-Tickets” function in your “My Account” on tickets.wheaton.edu.
