Schoology Updates

There are two items we’d like to draw your attention to in Schoology.  First of all, AIT strongly encourages giving a short "practice quiz" 24 hours before any high stakes testing in Schoology.  This lets students know that their computer or laptop is appropriately configured for your exam. Please use the exact same settings on the “practice quiz” that you use on the actual exam.  

Secondly, Schoology is removing BigBlueButton Conferences at the end of this calendar year (December 31, 2020).  Please transition to Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet for videoconferencing.  You can find more information in the faculty toolkit.   In addition, BigBlueButton is throwing a JavaScript error when users launch a new conference.  We have been working with the vendor but do have not an estimate on repair time.  If you have any recordings in BigBlueButton, please retrieve them before December 31, 2020.
