Nikki works to help faith communities have a faith-fueled engagement with justice issues. She is the co-editor of More than Serving Tea: Asian American Women on Leadership, Faith, and Expectations (IVP, 2006).

Sandra's ministry and activism has focused on engaging people in questions of justice, global mission, and racial and gender reconciliation. She is a second-generation Latina, preacher, liturgist, and activist reimagining the intersection of worship and justice. She has written numerous books, including The Next Worship (IVP, 2015) and Forty Days on Being an Eight (Enneagram Daily Reflections) (IVP 2021).
