For: Any who need financial assistance or are on the fence about sending their child to HoneyRock due to finances.
Deadline to Apply: encouraged to apply as early as possible; April 15th deadline
Amount: up to full program fee; in 2025 the average gift was:
High School Program: $537 average awarded per camper*
Residential Camp: $408 average awarded per camper*
*This number does not include the Matching Scholarship.
To Apply for Financial Assistance:
- Complete the “Financial Assistance Application” Jotform available on Nov. 10th on this webpage.
- Register your camper for a summer program and pay the $150 or $250 deposit
- Wait one month as we review your application and process the information for the scholarship amount to be reflected on your bill.
Upon Receiving Financial Assistance from HoneyRock...
We ask that you help your camper write a thank note to our camper scholarship donors at the conclusion of your camp session. HoneyRock shares these thank you cards with camper scholarship donors. Your camper can write their letter to "Dear HoneyRock Donors" or "Dear HoneyRock". When your camper is ready, you can mail it to the address below.

Additional Information
If your financial situation changes between the time you complete the application and send your camper to HoneyRock, we encourage you to edit your application by resubmitting the jotform application, even if you have already received a scholarship.
If this happens, please also notify the Registration Coordinator by email at honeyrock.register@wheaton.edu of changes you have made.
