Biography
Ben is originally from Sleepy Hollow, IL, but got connected with HoneyRock when he began serving as a Fellow in 2023. He has a professional background in media and digital storytelling, but has always had a passion for quality food that nourishes the body and the soul. As the Sous Chef, some of Ben’s responsibilities include hiring and training new kitchen staff, coming up with creative and delicious menus for the community, and overseeing the operations of food service all year long. Ben is excited about this new season in life and the opportunity it brings to be a part of a community that values the outdoors, hospitality, and leadership growth.
