Carol Beilke, M.M., B.M.Prep Piano

CSA Instructor since 1999
Carol enjoys teaching traditional piano methods and group classes. In her over 30 years of teaching, her students have won numerous competitions, awards and scholarships and also participate in the ISMTA AIM piano exams and Piano Guild. Carol also mentors Wheaton college students in piano teaching. She enjoys teaching all levels of students. Her studio also includes several adult students at various skill levels. Carol served as the past coordinator for the CSA Preparatory program.
Carol was chosen to perform as soloist in the annual concerto concert at Lawrence University. She continues to perform as a soloist and accompanist and currently studies piano with Dr. Michael Fritsch. She also studied with the late Annie Sherter and Donald Isaak. In 2008, Carol was named member of the year by the West Suburban ISMTA chapter. She was the president of this chapter from 2005-2007. In 2008, she gave a presentation at the ISMTA state conference held at Wheaton College. She has also held other offices for the ISMTA West Suburban chapter including 1st vice president for programs, performance AIM coordinator, office coordinator, monthly music coordinator, and teacher ideas and pointers coordinator.
Her goal as a piano teacher is to instill in her students a "lifetime love" of music and confidence in all of life's challenges.
