Chad Gauger

Chad Gauger serves as the President of Duininck Golf, which is a nationwide golf course construction contractor. Chad spent the first 29 years of his career in the food/agriculture industry including 25 years at Cargill and 3.5 years at Scoular.

Chad’s work experience included 9 years in grain merchandising/soybean crush, 3 years in trading risk management, 2 years in energy trading, 2 years in strategy and business development and 9 years leading livestock and aquaculture feed manufacturing businesses. Chad has had a long standing interest in working cross culturally and internationally, and has lived and worked in 5 countries outside of the US during his career (Vietnam, Singapore, Indonesia, Norway and Thailand).

Chad earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Economics degree from Wheaton College in 1995, a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University in 2004, and a Master of Science in Finance from Indiana University in 2005.

When not working, Chad enjoy spending time with his wife Gretchen, and their children Lily  and Peter.  Chad enjoys involvement at church, serving on non-profit boards and committees, and being active outside.
